Certified public accountant with a master in taxation as well as another postgrdauate degree on stock market finance. We also specialize in costing, econometrict studies, and FDA submmissions for biotechnology and human nutrition.
Our Expertise

Participated as an assistant director in the original NAFTA agreement negotiations as well as held private practice, also been finance director for major companies in the region and internationally, in manufacturing, entertainment, construction, experience also in franchise operations and commodities contract negotiaions.
